TENDER NOTICE for St. Joseph-Scollard Hall Site Work

The Nipissing-Parry Sound Catholic District School Board (NPSCDSB) wishes to provide notice of the current tendering of the St. Joseph-Scollard Hall Site Work project.
The scope of work for the projects includes (but is not limited to) the following:
Site improvement work to existing parking areas including removal of existing landscaping, concrete curbs and walkways, asphalt and granular surfaces, regrading, supply and installation of new storm water management system (tied into existing municipal services), new concrete curbs and sidewalks, unit paver walkways, asphalt parking areas and laneways, site lighting, bollards, exterior signage, sodding, hydraulic seeding and landscaping.
Add-On Price for the construction of an exterior terrace including removals work, regrading, new retaining wall, concrete sidewalks, unit pavers, exterior sun sails, iron fence/gates and landscaping.
Bid Documents will be available in electronic .pdf format on Thursday, October 17th, 2018 after 4:00 pm. General Contractors and major Masonry Subcontractors may obtain Bid Documents electronically in .PDF format by submitting an e-mail request addressed to email@example.com. E-mail shall include all Contractor contact information and indicate ‘St. Joseph Scollard Hall Site Work – Request for Tender Documents’ in the subject line.
A non-mandatory bidder’s briefing is scheduled for Thursday, October 25th, 2018 at 3:30p.m. local time. Attendees shall meet at the main entrance of the Nipissing Parry-Sound Catholic District School Board, as located at 1000 High Street, North Bay.

To be considered, offers must be submitted on official tender forms and will be received by the Owner, Nipissing-Parry Sound Catholic District School Board, 1000 High Street, North Bay, Ontario, P1B 6S6, attention: Mr. Dan Russo, Manager of Plant Services and Health and Safety, prior to the closing date and time as per the requirements of the Bid Documents.
Submissions received after the closing deadline will not be accepted. Fax or e-mail submissions will not be accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all submissions, and/or cancel or withdraw this request for any reason without liability for any costs or damages incurred by respondents including without limitation, any expenses incurred in the preparation of the submission.
